Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns (Apparel & Bags) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Specifically for our clothing and bags:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

All original tags, labels, and hygiene stickers must be fully attached and intact.

Bags must be returned with their original dust bags and protective packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent), SMARTCARGO LIMITED will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size ordered, changed mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
